Phil's Custom Flies is owned by Phil Fischer, an avid fly fisher and fly tyer. Phil has been an fly tying instructor for more than 35 years. Nowadays he sells his flies online, all of them feature the best materials and are hand-tied by Phil, to his standards. Phil is a Whiting Pro Team member, and has published articles in California Fly Fisher Magazine on fly tying and fly fishing. Phil Fischer's fly collection includes Dry Flies, Nymphs, Terrestrials, Midges, Wooly Buggers, Leeches and Streamers, Steelhead Flies, Alaska Patterns and Shad Flies.
