David E. Roberts is a member of the Federation of Fly Fishers and was elected to the Board of Governors announced at the 2012 Annual meeting held in Spokane. David E. Roberts has been an instructor for mora than 45 years and teaches at his club (Sothern Oregon Fly Tyers). David enjoys teaching basic lessons to people who are just starting. As well he is part of the Whiting Fly Tying Feathers ProTeam.
