The Lodge sits at the confluence of Palisades Creek and the mighty South Fork of the Snake River. We are 4 miles below Palisades Reservoir near the Idaho-Wyoming border in South East Idaho. The Lodge at Palisades Creek offers some of the finest cutthroat trout fishing in the lower 48 states, as well as incredible rainbow and brown trout fishing. Located a few miles beneath Palisades Dam on the South Fork of the Snake River, The Lodge at Palisades Creek is Orvis' only endorsed destination lodge on this prolific tail water, the finest dry fly fishing rivers in North America, perhaps anywhere on earth. There are 9 elegantly rustic cabins interspersed throughout 17 wooded acres, as well as a four person gorgeous A-Frame house that sits over the river. We can accommodate up to 24 people. We have a complete Orvis fly shop and a fantastic dining facility, as well as meeting space in our "Liar's Den". After dinner stroll on over to the "Liar's Den" for a cigar or a game of pool, or just relax on the deck overlooking our casting pond full of trophy trout. Group discounts available.
