Welcome to Conhocton River Fly Shop! I'm Greg Heffner. My wife Arlene and I have created a fly fishing and fly tying site for two reasons: first, to encourage the wonderful pastimes of fly fishing and fly tying and, second, to provide some products and services to make these activities more enjoyable. At Conhocton River Fly Shop you can find information about fishing the Conhocton River; you can buy flies to match its hatches, or find materials to tie your own. My custom tied flies are also available, for fishing or collecting, as well as my book of favorite patterns and how to tie them. Guiding is available if you're new to the area, including instruction if you're new to fly fishing. This is not a "full service" fly shop, and was never intended to be. All we want to do is make commonly used materials available at a reasonable price. I will also be on the lookout for "specials" which I can offer to fellow tyers.
